After 30+ years of growth and recent re-branding, our dynamic team is expanding to support a steadily increasing workflow. We’re seeking an experienced Registered Architect who is passionate about design and thrives on collaboration to join our downtown Cleveland office.
The Role: Your Impact at DVA Architecture LLC
As a Registered Architect at DVA Architecture LLC, you will play a pivotal role in leading projects from conception through completion. This is a chance to use your extensive experience to deliver exceptional results and shape the built environment in Northeast Ohio. You will:
• Lead the technical and design development of diverse projects
• Coordinate seamlessly with project teams, clients, and consultants to resolve complex technical and design issues
• Direct the production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks
• Conduct on-site observations and document site reviews
• Establish and maintain productive client relationships
• Ensure project deliverables are aligned with established schedules, budgets, and design intent
What You Bring:
• A Registered Architect license in Ohio, or the ability to secure licensure within a reasonable timeframe, LEED AP or other relevant certifications are a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate, professional experience
• Expert proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
• Proficiency in rendering software; experience with Enscape, D5, Rhino, and Grasshopper is a plus
• An understanding of building codes and standards
• Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

The expected compensation range for all positions depends upon skills, experience, and education. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles are eligible for reduced benefits.)
