Cleveland Metroparks Zoo Asian Highlands Opens

The festival's announcement of an Asian Lantern Festival was made Tuesday as part of the grand opening of the zoo's new Asian Highlands exhibit. This new 1.3 acre exhibit was designed by Van Auken Akins Architects LLC and WDM Architects and features state-of-the-art spaces for snow leopards, red pandas, takins, and more.
